Arrival in Manali
Welcome to Manali! Meet your fellow riders and guides at the hotel. Attend a comprehensive briefing session covering the route, safety protocols, and bike allocation.
Manali to Jispa (140 km)
Begin your adventure riding through the lush Kullu Valley. Cross the Rohtang Pass (3,978m) and enter the dramatic landscapes of Lahaul. Descend to the serene village of Jispa along the Bhaga River.
Jispa to Leh via Sarchu (250 km)
The longest and most challenging day of riding. Cross multiple high passes including Baralacha La (4,890m) and Tanglang La (5,328m). Experience the stark beauty of high-altitude desert landscapes.
Acclimatization Day in Leh
Rest and acclimatize to the high altitude (3,500m). Optional exploration of Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and the bustling main bazaar. Light activities to help your body adjust.
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (120 km)
Ride to the world-famous Khardung La Pass (5,359m), one of the highest motorable roads. Descend into the enchanting Nubra Valley, known for its sand dunes and double-humped Bactrian camels.
Explore Nubra Valley
Spend the day exploring the hidden gems of Nubra. Visit ancient monasteries, interact with locals, and enjoy the unique landscape where desert meets mountains.
Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake (150 km)
Ride via the scenic Shyok River route to the mesmerizing Pangong Lake. Marvel at the changing colors of the lake stretching across the Indo-China border.

What is the best time to do this tour?
The best time for the Leh-Ladakh expedition is between June and September when the mountain passes are open and the weather is most favorable for riding.
Do I need prior motorcycle riding experience?
Yes, you should be comfortable riding a 350cc+ motorcycle on mixed terrains. We recommend at least 1-2 years of regular riding experience, especially for mountain routes.
What about altitude sickness?
We have designed the itinerary with a dedicated acclimatization day in Leh. We also carry oxygen cylinders and basic medical kits. Staying hydrated is key.
What type of accommodation can I expect?
We provide a mix of comfortable 3-star hotels, premium guesthouses, and swiss tents (camps) depending on the location, ensuring hygiene and comfort throughout.
